Recognize this decal?

Does anyone recognize what tool box company this decal is from?

A total guess on my part but the first thing that comes to mind is MBC or Metal Box and Cabinet. I am pretty sure they were made in Chicago.

I believe the slogan "boxes of quality" "chicago" was used by:
SIMONSEN METAL PRODUCTS CORPORATION

This is the box. When I bought it I thought it was an old Craftsman. The hasps/claps say Eagle Lock Co, Made In the USA, Terryville Conn.
