Recognize this partial trademark?

I found this chisel while helping a friend with a house clean out. It was obscenely rusty but I couldn't help myself. I've got it back into a rough useable state and uncovered a partial logo but I've been unable to match it to anything in the logos and trademarks list here. I'm not even 100% sure if I'm reading rightside up or upside down!
Hopefully the pictures are legible enough for someone to ID the maker just to satisfy my curiosity. Ultimately it doesn't make a huge difference as it seems to be good enough steel to sharpen well but still too much corrosion to be anything special.
Joe

You two nailed it!
I had forgotten about Fulton. All the Sears second line stuff I have is Companion.
I looked at everything I could find that started with 'NO---' but I was reading upside down and it ENDED with 'ON'.
Thanks!

^ most of the socket chisels I have seen have the logo/name stamped on them with the edge down, socket up.
