Recommandation for a good screwdriver magnetizer / demagnetizer

Hi again,

This little thing is VERY handy and I've found out that mine doesn't really make the screwdriver tip really magnetically sticky.

I'm assuming it's the magnets inside which are a bit crappy.
I keep loosing screws (even tiny ones) and the worst thing is that the DEmagnetizer still makes my screwdrivers a bit sticky....

I'm now looking for a very good magnetizer / demagnetizer, please help ! Also, I'd like to be able to magnetizer the drill bit holder of my Festool T15 to handle approx 8 cm long screws.

Any suggestions and feedback is more than welcome !

I got a Whia free from carbide processors, seems to work well, haven't used it much

There is a free way too using a car speaker.One side of the magnet magnetizes the screwdriver blade and the other side demagnetizes the screwdriver blade.
