Pretty much all the big cordless impacts **** for ergonomics. I have the Dewalt 899 and I rarely use it compared to my 2135 unless I have to (e.g. no air near by). I can't see why people rave about the big cordless impacts, they are heavy and awkward. The mid torques and especially the compact cordless are amazing though I use my DCF923 almost 99% of the time rather than my 2115qtimax or 35MAX.
I agree and since I have a 1" Pistol and a 1" extended anvil D handle it's not like I don't have bigger to compare.

I also have the IR W7150(?) - the older brushed one - and it too is large but doesn't seem to have as much rattle feedback in it.

Sadly only the rear end of my truck fits in my little shop and most of the business happens up front under the hood. So I'm stuck either parking out on the gravel to work or using cordless up on the slab by the house.

Fortunately even a cheap cordless Avid Power Amazon special has enough snot to do what I mostly need to do, including steering knuckles and shock mount bolts. It's less powerful by far but it's also smaller and lighter kind of like a mid torque.

Working on larger vehicles, also looking at Snap on 1/2 inch air impact for the Makita MAC 2400 compressor. Close to upper end of CFM but thinking it may work. Already have the Dewalt mid torque 1/2 impact for backup / redundancy, nice tool.
