I've been very happy with Qualtool Qryptonite bits. I've bought some multi packs but these things last forever. I first found them after repeatedly breaking cheap Chinese bits (kobalt, dewalt, milwaukee, etc) switched to these and went through 20 lbs of 3.5" deck screws without any breaks or stripping on the number 2 phillips. I can say I'm never going back.

You could try V.I., They are made in Taiwan. And they fit your criteria of:

-multiple lengths, up to 6 inches (power bits)
-impact

Not sure these would be considered 'reasonably priced' but I have really liked the PB Swiss short bits I picked up this Christmas (Phillips and Torx):

They also aren't specifically listed as impacts but I've been using them as such and they appear to be holding up great so far.

I'll be purchasing longer ones in the future.
