recommend a ½" air ratchet

Can anyone recommend a reasonable price (low end) ½" air ratchet? I will mostly be using it to remove the 15/16" bolts holding my MaxJax lift to the anchors. i don't want to use my ½" impact wrench because i dont want it to loosen up the anchors grip in the concrete by pounding on them. My air tools are all 15-25 years old, and none are chinese, but i guess that's about to change.
