I've been using this husky backpack daily for more than a year now. I'm looking for a similar setup and pocket arrangement with wheels/handle.

Cons
- heavy , but manageable once on back
- flimsy and kind of collapses on itself
- the main compartment becomes a void of bigger stuff
- the zippers ****, so I tend to leave the compartments half open so I can just reach in

-Pros
-arrangement of pockets on the outside. Allows me to store my most used stuff .
- outside tape measure clip I use for my impact
-front pocket arrangement for smaller stuff

What I want aside from the pros:
-wheels/handle
-rigidity
-a dedicated spot for hammer/prybar
-$150

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone.

How about using a light duty dolly with your existing backpack?
Use as needed. Also could be handy for moving stuff on the job, whereas an integrated one can't.
I have used this setup on a few commercial jobs where it was quite a distance to walk.
If I absolutely needed one with fixed wheels, I would probably bite the bullet and look into Veto Pro Pac.

Does it have to double as a backpack? What about a Klein ModBox, Milwaukee Packout, or similar? They have tool bags that clip on top

I've considered this route. Is prefer something with integrated wheels and the option to throw on my back to free up hands. Unfortunately the ones I've perused on amazon just seem to be low quality.

Veto doesn't seem to have what I'm looking for though.

One the guys that works for me uses the Dewalt packout setup with the toolbag which locks on top. Overkill for the kind of stuff I handle. Plus he never looks happy dragging it around.

I don't have this particular model but I can vouch for Veto pro-pac Quality in general, I love all the stuff I own from them.

I realize the sticker price is a bit of a shock, but if you want to upgrade to pro quality and own something really nice, this is it 👍

Tstak might be a better bet than packout in people's houses/apartments. A small rolling box, goes through doorways without issue.

Also available as Stanley pro stack and Craftsman Versastack.

Looks like they do have one. $400 + tax though =[ I'm seeing $300 for used on eBay.

Wonder if any of the Amazon brands are at least decent though. Hmph.

Shop around before you buy used, you can often find Veto stuff at better prices than the RRP on the official site.

I buy mine from this UK site

The £300 includes VAT (20% British Tax) you might not have to pay that if shipping to USA, obviously international shipping might scupper that deal but it's worth looking around before you dismiss it altogether.

Or maybe wait for the "two bags for the price of one" promo next season (I do this and then sell the bag I don't need on eBay or give them away to family and friends as gifts).
