Forgot to mention that Festool also has a line of pneumatic sanders. I don't know what they're priced at but they are said to have excellent dust control like their electric counterparts.
Also, if you're looking into Festool I'd think you'd want something in the more aggressive Rotex line. I'd call them and see what they have to say.
