I happened to hit a nail again yesterday with my atv while pulling out some stumps, so I took it to a local lawn shop, and they put a plug in it for $7.00. Id like to find a kit where I can do this at home because I hit a nail a few times a year with the mower or atv. What is a good kit to purchase? The guy at the lawn shop said they used a Carlisle plug. I realize that patches are recommended but, these are not for high speeds and are for offroad use. Thanks guys.

Gemplers (.com) has a good selection of tire repair materials and equipment. I recommend them.

I bought a nice kit at Walmart. Comes with a plastic case, plugs, glue and tools. I don't remember the cost, but it was cheap.
