Im looking for a quality micro chuck that I can put in my M12 drill that will hold twist drill bits under 1/16". Ive seen several on the market but the quality of most looks dubious.

I have a couple of the sort that chuck up in a drill. No idea who makes them off the top of my head but they are American made. I used smaller than 1/16 inch bits when I cleaned a bedliner spray gun.

I have an few Jacobs chucks in 5/32 - 1/4" that'll all hold a 1/32" bit. Of course these are "custom" built with machined arbours to hold in a collet or larger chuck. Jacobs does make a .250 chuck with a hex shank that'll hold down to .030.

This is what you want. I use them for .03 Diameter and smaller micro drills all the time. (hand feed)
