Alright so I'm going to be graduating school soon so I'm looking to abuse my student discounts with the tool companies. I'm looking for suggestions on tools I'll be needing as an ag mechanic or heavy equipment mechanic.

Right now I've got wrenches to 2" in SAE, and 32mm in metric, along with the 30/60 wrenches to 1 1/4". I've got sockets(normal and impact) to 1 1/4" and metric to 24mm. I also have a Fluke 88, picks, scrapers, screwdrivers, hammers, punches, pliers, vise grips, pry bars, extensions(1/4, 3/8, and 1/2), a thread chaser kit, a tap and die set, and drill bits.

Right now I'm looking at getting hex bits, heavy duty torx bits, a hand impact driver set, flare nut wrenches in sae and metric, electronic 3/8 torque wrench, and a click type 1/4 torque wrench. All from Snap-On.

Sorry for the wall of text.

Get a good cordless 3/8ths anvil impact like a m12 or m18 fuel. saves so much time!

Then get a bunch of 3/8ths bit sockets for the end of it. Like torx/ phillips/ hex bit sets that are pressed into a 3/8 socket.

- A really good set of offset, reversible, ratcheting wrenches in metric. They will become your best friend. So versitale, get some good quality, high tooth, slim ones. 8-19mm is needed.
