these have outlasted anything I've ever used, they are a little thicker than Mechanix but hold up better.

If you need dexterity, cman @ time (1/2 off, $10) are good. I get a pair and use them all year for mowing, etc. However, for greasy stuff you don't need dexterity, HF work gloves. Like $7 for 5 pairs or something crazy like that. They're actually quite nice.
