Recommendation Air Compressor Filter

I need some recommendations. I just replaced my 5hp air compressor with an Ingersoll Rand Type-30 Air Compressor 7.5 HP; 24 cfm @ 90 psig.

My current Divilbiss filter does not meet the cmf requirement. I am looking at IR regulators/filters trying to put together a package that will work. I need a filter/water knockout and regulator to handle the flowrate. My primary use is sandblasting cabinet, air tools and spray painting. Right now a 1942 GPW jeep parts; home hobby.

I need to keep this cost effective as I can't afford a commercial solution and most everything on Amazon is lightweight plastic. The Divilbiss Finish Line has served me well but need to upgrade.

Have you looked on eBay? I use a water filter, regulator and a Coalesing filter.

Would you mind sharing what mfg/model? That's where I am having trouble on too put the pieces together.

There are many many names you can use.

Parker, Norgren, Numatics, SMC, Festo, Master Pneumatic are all "industrial" brands you could use in your shop. (I'm probably leaving out 8 more brands, there are many competitors in this field!) They were probably used in a factory at some point but assuming in reasonable condition and not hacked apart at disassembly they can easily live another generation in a home-shop.

All components in my air system other than ball valves, a couple of fittings and the copper piping came from ebay.

Desiccant filters get pretty pricey for anything with half way decent cfm, plus once it gets saturated you have to worry about maintenance and cooking your beads in the old lady's oven when she's at work....

Oklahoma isn't all that humid right? I'm assuming it's kinda like eastern Colorado.
For home stuff I would build one of those franzinator things or do a trans cooler setup to drop the bulk of your condensate out(there's plenty of threads here on both of those) and then with the rest of your budget get a decent filter regulator to get rid of any leftover water, just about anything 1/4npt or bigger would meet your cfm needs.

I personally really like Norgren's stuff and HATE just about anything IR...well at least any rotating equipment made in the last 5 years....ARO still seems to be pretty decent.
That T-30 is great compressor, but IR has gotten really hard to work with lately.

So I got a RTI air dryer/filter from ebay and a norgren regulator. I'll start with this and see how it goes. Thanks for the help and suggestions.
