Recommendation for Air Line Dryer

I have the 3/4" rapid air in wall airline plumbing in my shop with 3 or 4 outlets. Need a recommendation for a good air line dryer. Not sure if that should be installed on the output of the compressor, or if i need something at each outlet. Use will be for a Hypertherm plasma cutter / table, as well as ultimately paint gun.

Thanks in advance

For painting I would recommend:

Cyclonic filter
Coalescing filter
Dessicant dryer

If a CNC table you might need to use Stage 1 & 2. Handheld can probably just go with Stage 1.

Anyone use a devilbiss qc3? Is that sufficient by itself? Plasma manual notes the need of “3 stage coalescing filtration system”. Is that sufficient by itself?

In my experience, mostly spraying nitro laquer, the Motorgard "toilet paper" filter works great as a last stage.

For my purposes, i have a cheapy water "seperator", then the motorgard for blasting and gen use..., then, if spraying add 12 feet hose than one of the tennis ball size screw on filters at the gun.

Edit - Also keeps my pressure pot sandblaster free flowing in Texas coastal humidity.

I’ve been researching for myself and I am leaning to adding an aftercooler on mine
