Ya lets try craving with that chainsaw style wheel !
If you want to use a carving wheel on an angle grinder, you are probably better off with the Australian Arbotech type.
The teeth have cut limitation built into the design, so are less likely to grab. (the blades still cut quickly)
Some of the models (seemingly most now) have teeth that can be rotated and replaced to keep the blade sharp, which also reduces grabbing.
The blade body is also smooth to help prevent grabbing that can lead to loss of tool control.
Arbortech also manufactures a plexiglass transparent guard that can be fitted to most grinders, that is adjustable, and can be used to limit cutting depth for further safety.
The blades aren’t chesp, but they basically last forever if they have the replaceable teeth.
I would still recommend a paddle switch grinder for safety.
