Recommendation for garage floor pro in Ohio?

I'm finally at the point where I'm ready to redo my cracked, uneven garage floor to make it a better space, but I don't have the time or expertise to do the floor (specifically the tear-out and re-pour). I can handle all other aspects of the garage redo: cabinets, electrical, etc.

Can anyone recommend a garage floor pro in the central Ohio (Columbus) area with whom they have had a good experience or can personally vouch for?

If your floor is stable then why not re-surface it with a self-leveling product? Most of the flowable self-leveling products are very high psi which makes them very durable.
