Recommendations for a garage door threshold that accommodates a drop?

After coating my garage floor with an epoxy layer, I'd like to place one of those rubber weather seals/thresholds under my garage door for a clean transition, something like a Tsunami seal.

Unfortunately, I'm apparently one of the few people with almost no garage apron, and my garage slab's lip starts at the garage door. The lip is around 1/4" to 3/8" high. Here's a crude mspaint rendition of a cross section of my garage door.

I'd like to install a seal over it, not for the weather proofing (because to be honest, the worst weather I get here in California is a chilly breeze that sometimes blows in the winter), but for the aesthetics of the transition and to hide that lip.

Every product that I've found is designed to be installed over a flat surface. The closest thing I've found, a rabbet threshold, actually has the elevations reversed (the inside of my garage is higher than the outside), otherwise I'd purchase one. http://www.tmhardware.com/Rabbeted-Threshold-with-Neoprene-Gasket-and-Grip-Saddle-5.html

I'd like to ask you professionals - what are my best options here? Can I get a bent aluminum ramp? Like a flat piece of metal but bent in the middle, so straight side can go inside my garage and slope can go outside? Should I try to add a mini ramp to the lip and flex a rubber seal over it? Can I get a thick rubber seal and simply cut out the support from one wing and lay that thin area over my lip and use the rest as a ramp?

Without a photograph, this is exceedingly difficult to picture.

I wouldn't put ANY rubber on your floor. If your front wheels turn on that transition it will rip loose. Similar with metal, unless you epoxy it down. You can have custom metal fabricated at a sheet metal shop but again, gluing it down is problematic. Western exposure causes heating of the metal in the afternoon and repeated heating cycles will aid in separation of the metal with the concrete. I am thinking a cementacious material is a better choice but without seeing what you are talking about, I have no clue.

The aluminum ramp you linked is nice but it does not have the extruded supports that the Schluter ramp has. Those extrusions make the ramp much stronger. To make it yet stronger, I back-filled mine with mortar. Its essentially a mortar ramp covered with aluminum. One option is for you to get the tallest Schluter ramp you could find and rip it on a table saw (aluminum cuts easily and does little damage to the blade) cutting off the rear flange. Then you would have a ramp for the transition. I did that on my garage install and my door closes on the ramp. I'd back-butter the ramp with the mortar you set it with. Neat and clean install.

The Schluter ramp is cheaper ordered through HD. Here is mine set before starting tiling. The mortar is white and wipes up easily.

As you can see, the ledge pretty much goes right up to the door, so I can't use a seal like they do in the advertisements :(

My current possible solutions in descending order of preference - I'd love to find a product that would handle a ledge like that, but if I don't, I think I might have to install a ramp and bend a seal over it, and if that wouldn't work, maybe cut out a big & fat seal?
