Saws-all with bi metal blades, or an angle grinder with a cut off wheel will do the trick also
I've used both.

Quick update. Hacksaw worked, but a guy at work let me borrow his Milwaukee Porta-Band. That tool made quick work of both the unistrut and threaded rods. Wish I could justify having one of those in my garage permanently!
Surely you can find some sort of justification for buying a new tool. If you plant trees around your property, do like I do and use rebar for staking the tree upright. There is one reason to have a porta-band right there. If you decide to put a sidewalk in, you can use a porta-band to cut your rebar. That's two reasons. If your shoulder happens to hurt a little bit from using a hacksaw, you need a porta-band. Now that is three reasons. I could think of dozens of reasons WHY you need one, but can't think of one reason NOT to have one.Surely you can find some sort of justification for buying a new tool.
