We're building a new home and planning on concrete floors throughout (main house, attached garage, guest house, detached garage). The attached photos show the look we're going for. What's the best way to get it?

Given the amount of square footage (about 10,000) cost will be a consideration. What are our options?

What type of coatings would work best in the residence?

For interior spaces, our SEC Sealer is used most often. Low smell, satin gloss.
