Recommendations needed

Best way to seal floors and also get a decent look? needs to hold up to urine/chemicals as it will be in a kennel. I like the look of medici floors but i cant afford 12k on the flooring. My main goal is sealing the floor, if i can get a stained floor look that would be the icing on the cake.

Our install company just put a vet clinic floor in yesterday, they kennel dogs too.
