Hi all.

I’m looking for a set of hex screwdrivers. I would like both ball end and flat end, in metric and imperial, with the end handle showing the sizes.

Im asking for a lot, but I’m in the right place. Thank you.

saw facom has a set of the flat end. A individual can’t tell if it’s labeled on the end though. You figure that would be mentioned, they are trying to sell product.

anways, facom only has the flat end in metric.

I'm reviving this thread to see if there are any other suggestions for ball-end metric hex screwdrivers. I need a set for work as I'm not enjoying using my hex bit sockets like I thought I would.

I saw the Wera from KC Tool and I have seen mixed reviews on Amazon about the Bondhus drivers. I know Snap-on has a set, does anyone have any experience with these? Or what about the Wiha magic ring drivers? I use these hex screwdrivers a lot on fixtures, so I need something durable.

@CHI_Tool&Die I have the Bondus metric ball end set 6pc (1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5mm) that I keep with my 3d printer, and they're excellent.

The handles all feel great in hand - fitment being best among the 3-5mm range (I would say I have average-sized hands). As far as durability, I'm not using them on any high torque applications (socket head screws in aluminum and plastic), so I can't speak to cam-out or general head durability. I might question how long the labeling would last in a shop environment (not sure if/how it's printed), but mine are new enough that it will take some time to come to that determination. I have seen larger sets up to about 10mm, but if you are only needing a few, it might be worth colour coding the plastic caps on the end with some spray paint, if you are worried about knowing the size. the metric ones are red, so you could also possibly whack the tops with a number punch and touch in a little bit of white out or paint pen to identify the sizes easily up top.

Thank you! That’s just the info I was looking for!
