Record vise. No 1

I went tool hunting today and picked up a No 1 made in England . Record vise. i paid 10 bucks. did i do well ?

Nice little vice. 3" jaws? I'd say you did well with that one, if it's in anything like decent nick.

Yep you cant go wrong at that money, I have a number 2 and 3. they are good but the older ones are a little better finished.

yes 3 inch jaws. its in good shape too

Hammell - I'd say you did very well. Coincidentally I bought a Woden No. 1 which is basically the same vice. I also paid $10. They weigh 10 lbs. so $1/lb.
