Hi everyone,

We are trying to find a reputable epoxy contractor for our home garage. It's a 2-car standard garage, about 12 years old. We got one quote for about $1600. Not sure how much it's typically supposed to cost. We read somewhere, that some installers will actually put a thin layer of new concrete in order to give the epoxy something to stick well to? What sort of tricks, corner-cutting, should we be on the look out for?

Any recommendation about how to find a reputable contractor / installer?
We live in So Cal, zip 92591 if there are any rec's / quotes.

Thanks in advance to everyone!

You already did the hard work and have the product, why not just finish it

We did our own garage about 5 years ago. We're planning to talk to EpoxyCoat lady about doing a refresh on that ourselves.

We're looking for someone to do a different garage for a home we just purchased. :)

A lot has changed in five years. Think about putting porcelain tile down in the new one.
