Recycling Storage Containers in Garage….

We just bought a NC mountain home and wish to have storage containers in the garage for recycling:
Glass, Cardboard, Paper, and Plastic
What options are there for something that can easily be stored w/ lids and easily transported to the nearby recycling center but isn’t going to be an open bin that attracts animals (yes, I will rinse all objects before placing in storage).
Any suggestions?

Depends on how much recycling your household generates - some people can get by with plastic totes, others need full size trash cans.
Before my city went to all-in-one recycling with no sorting, we had plastic bins with lids that were sized to hold three standard brown paper shopping bags. One for glass, one for metal, one for paper.
