When I was building my shop/garage, something came up and I found I was about $10K short (a great deal on a car that I could not pass up!)

Walked into my local bank, and walked out with a $10K loan. They didn't care what I wanted it for... Total time? About 40 minutes.

How about a line of credit secured by the equity in your home?

Low interest rates and the interest is Tax Deductible.

Even the equity in the land will get you something. Usually an equity loan will have a better rate than a line of credit or personal loan.

I'm in Barnwell sc. The place my brother bought from he said was in boone nc us steel building. Only thing I find up there now is those other weird looking diy farm buildings storage , Definitely don't won't those. I've got about 10thousand set to the side to help get going but getting another stack like that will take awhile and really don't won't to wait.

I work on race cars and have both my 24x30 buildings full. Definitely time to build a new bigger place, so I don't have to move stuff first to work on something.

If you are a Veteran, check with your state to see if their are any special programs. I financed my building with the Texas Veterans Land Board.

Yeah going to a bank is most likely your best option. There are many methods to go about this, so speak to someone and figure out your best choice.

Bank or credit union is your best bet. I have erected a few buildings for owners that went with the company financing and wish they had not when it finally dawned on them how much interest the company was charging. People get caught up in the excitement of buying the building and don't pay enough attention to the deal.
