Reda Manufacturing

Found this at a yard sale last weekend along with a bunch of Blue Point combos and some nice larger (50mm and up) engineers wrenches. To me, it looks like a late 40's or so vintage. My question is who or what was Reda Manufacturing? I have not been able to find anything about the company. Is this the only tool they made? The lack of a patent number doesn't make things any easier...

Reda manufacturing was a submersible pump manufacter with head offices in Bartlesville,Oklahoma. (Yes Bartlesville is also the original home of Phillips 66 oil co.) I also think they had a couple of other offices. What you have is a pump wrench double ended.....Hope this helps
