Reddy heater problem, spark plug doesn't work.

I'm having some problems with my reddy heater, the spark plug won't turn on. I was just useing this heater a month ago and it worked just fine, has anyone ever fixed one of these heaters before? So far I've cleaned off the carbon between the spark plug gap but that didn't seem to do anything.

I had a problem like this with a similar heater. Took the cover off and the corroded terminals were obvious. Cleaned everything and it's been working fine ever since.

A recent thread with the links to the older threads was on here about a month ago.
