Redo garage floor

New guy here. Love the site, lots of info. Just trying to figure what to do with my floor. Painted it when it was new, but it is chipping up now. I like the armstong tiles. Want to know if they are slippery when wet, and how they hold up to snow? Live on long island, wife and kids getting in and out of car, want to know if this floor is a wise choice. Was thinking of epoxy, but i dont want to do this every few years, if epoxy will peel up?

I've seen 20 year old epoxy floors in industrial settings that look REAL good...it should be "forever" in a home garage...
