Somewhere in this thread Reece is mentioned according to the search box.
Can anyone remember it to find it please?
A short deep chromed doe REECE T-48 was purchased to-day.
On the reverse is Armstrong made USA Armaloy.
The sizing had me look twice, 1/2 and 7/16, the 1/2 is 12 point, 7/16 is 8 point.
I think it is a tool post wrench.
Sorry no image.
I found an Armstrong wrench marked: “REECE – T-18” and after way too much digging, I think I have enough evidence to solve the REECE marked wrench question posted by @BlueBomber and @humber2 in the DBE thread.
I believe these wrenches were made to work on Reece industrial button hole and welting sewing machines. Below is a table with all the Reece marked wrenches I have been able to find online and how they correlate with Reece sewing machine manuals.
(I never thought I’d find myself digging through sewing machine manuals!)
Also, the Progress Is Fine... blog suggests that the 14-T was made for Reece sewing machines.
As additional support, I found a “Reece T-18 Open End Wrench” sold on an Australian sewing machine parts & accessories site that correlates the “T-18” on one of the wrenches with the Reece part number (03-0018).
Two of the wrenches (older looking ones) are marked in the **-T format instead of the T-** format of the newer wrenches.
Supporting photos thumbnailed.

The manuals do contain a few other tools; all with 03-xxxx part numbers.
