New (72 year old) member, so be gentle! Just purchased a Reed 204r. Great shape, but missing a few parts. Looked over the forum, and it sounds like I might be peeing into the wind, but here goes. Surly there is a place where old vises (and vices) go to die and are sold (parted out) for parts. I need a base plate, center bolt and a clamp bolt and nut. Before I start doing the redneck fixes, I want to exhaust efforts to keep original, if I can. Thanks for any advise and/or pointers.

1982fxr: definitely! I'm not gonna cry if I can't find the parts, but I am going to try (a little bit).
Tool_scrounge: been all over ebay, thanks

Has anyone tried craftsman parts: Reed made 4" vises for Sears (early models). I wonder if those parts would interchange with my 204?
