reed no 32 vise questions

Inherited this vise today and I have searched and searched Google and garage journal and can not find any info on this particular vise. anyone have any knowledge???

That's an early Reed, looks like the swivel base is missing. It is a combo vise, you can see where the pipe jaws go. I believe that was renamed to a model # 2C later on.
