Reed swivel base

This is the swivel base off my reed 4c. The feet are rotted where they meet the bench and I would like to repair them as finding a replacement base is probably going to be impossible. Any suggestions?

If you can get the base off the vise, any decent machine shop should be able to weld it up and machine the bottom flat again.

This thing is huge, 190 pounds and I dont want to tighten it up to the bench and snap the ears off. I didnt know if the cast could be welded on.

Braze 'em. Or just leave 'em alone and shim the high ears while tightening.
