Nice Reed model 23 vise. The Reeds to me seem about the strongest old school vises made. This one has removable jaws and pipe jaws too! No welds or issues or signs of being beaten on. This is a 3" vise. USA made of course. One of the nice things about old vises is any hidden defects would have shown up early in it's life. Quality USA made used vises are where it's at fellas!

Do you own a swivel base company? Second FS thread you commented about "missing swivel bases". On high quality vises they are often an add on that costs extra. Not a missing part, just an option not included on some vises.
