Reflective ceiling lighting

I have a white steel ceiling , 10 ft high. Will I need any kind of reflector for the floresents . The garage is 30 x 40 .
My plan is to install standard simple 2 bulb fixture , with out a reflector unless I really need one. I also think I will need 20 fixtures to properly light the garage.

Advise please.

I have the same ceiling height and my lights are hung a few inches below it. I installed a few fluorescent fixtures with a reflectors and decided I didn't like them. The light seems to be better without them.

Cheap open strip lighting will probably work fine with the white steel.
