Regal vs Haas overhead doors

Anyone have experience with Regal overhead doors?



I was about to put a deposit on a couple of HAAS doors 12Wx10T insulated ($1995) each, but I just received another estimate for a Regal door same size for ($1160) each. I have never heard of Regal before and was wanting some recommendations.



I know the HAAS is 24guage waiting to hear back on the regal thickness as well as the R-value of the insulation.

Regal is 25 gauge and R 6.6

Never heard of Regal. You are doing the right thing comparing apples to apples. Verify both are talking the same amount and type of insulation, same thickness sheets and tracks. Also two layer, three layer, thermally broken, a lot of details in just a door system. Price gap seems large for identical doors.

That’s what I was thinking too. Think I’ll go with my gut and get the Haas doors.

Yeah, Regal is a new name to me.

I have two Haas...an 18x8, and 1 9x8. Very happy with them so far.
