I cannot find any regular handled stubby screwdrivers. The only ones I see online are no longer produced Craftsman and Pratt Read brand ones. I'm not sure if anyone makes them now or what terms to search for, but I'm having nothing but dead ends. Here's a picture of what I'm looking for. I'd prefer to find a good brand, but I'll settle for just about any company or country. What am I overlooking or not searching for? Amazon has a china craftsman slotted one, but no Phillips (which is what I'd prefer if I can only have one or the other)

My Ace Hardware still has some of the NOS Craftsman ones they are flatheads. As far as I know they only made the Craftsman ones in flat head.
Craftsman had a set called "Super stubby", but I can only find a few pictures. Nothing even on ebay. They come with two slotted and two Phillips. I'm willing to overpay for a nos package of them

SK made them. They were just like the craftsman professional series except in green & black. Armstrong also made them in blue & black, check cripe distributing on ebay to see if they're still available.

Glad "Lesserstore" was able to point you to a place to buy them!

I was about to suggest you make your own. Pull the shafts and cut them down, reinstall into the handles.

Your already got a great answer, but just in case you need any other tip profile, a Wera 813 Or 816 with a 2 inch bit would work perfectly. A Broppe handle, or a PB insider could be a good alternative.

This is something that I'm surprised someone like Wiha doesn't offer, or at least I haven't seen it; they have hundreds of driver sizes and configurations but I haven't seen this. I have a craftsman pro phillips that has a full size handle and maybe a 2" blade, and that's quite useful; you don't always need to be 6" from a screw, and the full size handle is nice when there's room. I guess I'll have to buy a couple of williams drivers and copy the above idea.

As an alternative, consider a Malco connext 1, and a 50mm/2 inch bit
