Regulator Filter Combo

I'm curious what you guys are using as air regulators. I've got my compressor feeding my copper air lines at full pressure. I've been using the the cheepo blue Harbor Freight regulator filter combos at each drop. Well, as usual Harbor Freight quality is as expected and I find that the units die a slow death after a few months. They all fail in the same way, they start leaking from the bypass hole. They still regulate air pressure to the outlet, but they waste a ton of air so I have to disconnect them when I am done using tools.

What are you guys using that lasts. I realize I will have to pay more but it would seem that the model Harbor Freight is copying is over $100 each. I have a bunch of air drops and I don't really want to drop a grand to redo the shop. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've got a 30+ year old recycled Watts FluidAir regulator/filter at my compressor. I regulate the air to 90psi at that point. I haven't had any problems with it yet

I like having my lines at the higher pressure to feed my blast cabinet. I also like having my water separation at the outlet of the airline. Ideally I would like to go with a refrigerated air dryer at the compressor, but I just can't justify the cost right now.

This little unit from HD was cheap and worked flawless, yes I have had some other junk leak. Some minor plumbing may be in order?? to reduce the parts in this system to a unit or 2? Its got a nice little butterfly valve on bottom for drains. We had a leak in another unit the other day, had a sight glass and we simply removed it.

I don't remember but its pretty high, enough to drain a 7 1/2 comp on a blast cab

Those are nice, they plumb up nice due to the ports, The only problem I have had with some of these is they really flow a lot of air and a size smaller seems to remove more water. Location may have a lot to do with it, have considered swapping a couple around just to see if it makes much difference.
