Looks like my regulator needs a new diaphragm and parts may be no longer available.

That said, if I replace the regulator, I obvious need a 200+ PSI max pressure (175 PSI Pump), and will probably stick with 3/8 fittings just to make it easy and skip adapters.
So the last spec is the flow rates.
They seems to come in 47, 80, 120, and 140 CFM.
Given normal home garage air tool and rarely more then one at a time, what do people recommend?

Looking at a few charts, it seems that for the larger common tools , (Impact guns, air die grinders and sanders; they need up to 10CFM at a 25% duty cycle.
That tell me a single tool can flow 40 CFM. I am guessing a 80, should be fine.

Thoughts?

80 is fine. The 3/8 ports are good. Models with those ports will be adequate. The regulator sizing isn't so critical but a filter too large wont work well.
I may have used the 1/4 ports on this, I probably had the elbow in my hand. It serves a single reel, on occasion see's air guns but mostly tires and blow offs. The hose on the reel is so old and been on so long it is stretched over size and it really makes power.
Notice no drip leg and a shut off ahead of the filter. Used a hyd swivel 90 to turn in to it.

Found a 4ZK84 on ebay at a good price, and figured a bunch of the cheap compressors were using 47 CFM regulators, so 80 should be ok.
Will swap it out and then see if the old one is reparable for the next project.
