regulator, which kind???

I am looking into regulator for the 100lb lp tank running to my mr heater 4500 , not sure which kind and dont want to get wrong one , I am looking at a mr heater 90 degree low pressure reg.soft nose pol x 3//8 inch female thread.
Can this reg. work for me?

You need to size the regulator based on how many BTUs the heater uses. Most any propane dealer will have regulators and can help you. If the heater is under 100,000 BTU you can probably use a single stage BBQ type.
It would be better to go with a intergral 2 stage RV regulator though.

Again talk with your supplier, they will have what you need.

I was told that the single unit is good for 55,000 btu so you will be fine. I use a single style unit for my 45000 btu heater with no problems.
