i bought a surefire branded holster for my surefire 6p about a year ago at bass pro. i think i gave $15 for it. i know its not alot of money and i could easily replace it. its the principal of the thing. it should last longer than that.

the velco only sticks by 1 or 2 threads. its constantly opening and the flap is sticking to my multi tool pouch.

is there anything i can do to rejuvenate the velcro on the holster or do i have to buy a new one?

$2 worth of velcro from the dollar store and a lil bit of thread might do the trick.

I have an old duffel bag that I kept replacing the velcro (wife always said..."you know we have about a half dozen more duffel bags you can use" but it didn't matter to me because I wanted to get my moneys worth out of the old one and I knew what all the lil pockets were for)

run a comb thru the "fuzzy" side and pick the lint out. I have to do my phone holster's patch every couple of weeks.
