I have a vary cool type 20 control switch. Its a lever. It has 2 directions, both have a momentary contact. It has two independent contacts for each side of the lever. No common contact. Its like having two switchs with one with one pull both momentary.

I want to use the switch for my lights. But know nothing about latching relays needed to make this work.

Any help to build what I need would be appreciated.

Just use a latching relay or latching lighting contractor. If your switch is safe to use with 120v, you can use a 120v coil and just feed fused 120v to it. If it's suspect, use a 12v or 24v wall wart to feed it with a 12 or 24v coil relay.
