Try Mouser or Digikey. If you know coil voltage, contact ratings, size, etc. you should be able to match a replacement.

In a quick google search, the closest I found that's locally available (Amazon) in small quantities is an NTE part.

Zettler AZ692-071-54: 12V, 330 Ohm coil, 10A max SPDT contacts.
NTE R22-5D16-12: 12V, 270 Ohm coil, 16A max SPDT contacts.
The Zettler and NTE parts seem to have the same pin layout and spacing.

The NTE part has a somewhat less sensitive coil, and can handle somewhat more current. I don't know anything about what equipment you're trying to fix - the lower sensitivity may not matter to you at all, or it may matter a lot.

Not sure where you got your replacement numbers but if you enter AZ692 in the Zettler search on their main page is states: Replacement relays are AZ576, AZ761, AZ6975.

Should be easy enough to match up the specs. As others have said try Mouser or Digikey. NTE just private labels others stuff as far as I know. It may be fine but I would go for Zettler first.
