I love working on cars but scraping my knuckles with hand ratchets is taking the fun out of it.

There's an overwhelming number of air ratchets on market. I want to get one that is reliable and will last a long time. Which one do you have and why do you love it?

Many thanks :bounce:

Go right for the jugular. Snap On FAR72C. Power, speed and reliability. They cost out the *** but i've got one at work I've been using daily for 11 years.

I like the single body air ratchets 1/4 from matco (not sure who makes them) I know snap on has one too but I like the feel of my matco

bought one of these from the pawn shop for cheap 2 years ago and like the **** outta it...till one day she fell off the lift and the housing cracked where the two pieces met...kinda made me sad a lil if i'm honest...didn't use it every day but damn when needed it makes life a lot easier...and never had any issues of binding or anything else

then i got this one a couple weeks ago in a deal with a mg325, four sets of impact sockets and a gun case...seems decent but it locks up sometimes and won't move...need to remember to tell the snappy guy that this week finally

Love my FAR72c. I traded in my IR on it because the IR didn't have much power, and it wasn't very fast.

I've got an IR reactionless 3/8 ratchet. I love it. Use it daily for at least 5 years and have had no trouble with it.
