Hello, I recently picked up a new to me Rels 2000 brake lathe and I had a few questions and I was wondering if anyone here could help me out.
1. Does anyone have a PDF or anything with a factory manual I came across one online and it seemed extremely vague. I was wanting to know info about what type of fluid the machine takes.
2. Looking to get a better Idea on what my popular adapters will be and what adapters are used for certain projects. I have used old ammco lathes for work about 4 years ago and I remember it was about the same ones all the time but never knew what the other adapters were used for.
3. Any recommendations on where to find new carbide cutters online or have any idea what the correct ones are? I am sure the owners manual should give some kind of idea on carbides.
I picked this machine up for $200 semi local it looked like it had almost every adapter that I could think of and rotor and drum cutter and a handful of silencer bands. I am thinking it would be nice to machine rotors when possible for my personal cars. and when working with my old car collections. heck I figure if I can maybe get an extra round out of a set of rotors it may make up the cost of the machine.
Thanks for the help!
