i have shops that i stay there for 2-3 hours and if you were to walk up diring that time you would have to wait in line to get into the truck. but any other time come on in.

man you busted me on that one. I am a mobile warranty search and destroy vehicle.
I even fixed a ratchet for guys that were in another dealers route today. man what service... and waited 20 minutes for them to show up.... it was an emergency
