Remember these....Electrical markers

I was going through some tools and stuff my father gave me a few years ago and came across this set.

I believe it is use to mark electrical wires for trouble shooting ,etc.
Basically a bunch of color code T&B tie wraps. Looks unused.

My father is a retired heavy equipment mechanic and this kit was amongst a bunch of stuff he gave me when he retired. I forgot about this kit until i came across it yesterday.

Any of you guys remember these and ever used them?....

I know a few guys that work for the phone company...they still use those. They have given me the odd kit of them.

sounds like these were mainly used in telephone wire installs.

Yep, splicers probably still use them.
