Remote 3 way switch

Doing some research for a friend.

He wants to be able to turn on a light outside of the barn using a key fob. The perfect solution would be to replace the existing hard wired switch in the barn that can also be turn on/off by the key fob. I found several, but they are either incandescent only or not "hard wired"

A scrapgarage door opener with a bad motor will still turn on the light for up to 5 min.
Get rid of the rail and motor and hang the electronics by the curent switch.
With a multi button remote you can use the same one to open the door as to turn on a light.
