Remote Grease Fittings

I've installed several remote grease lines to bearings on equipment but I've run into difficulty with pressed in zerks. I'd been running tubing and fittings to the threaded openings on the bearing housings but with the press in zerks I need something that snaps on to the zerk and can be piped out. Any ideas?

I'm going for easy-
I've seen the fitting on some of our machines but hoped to find a source.
The machine downtime to drill and tap would be tough to get

we had a piece of heavy equipment one time...not sure of the Mfg. but it wasn't Cat or John Deere or anything else brand name. It had the push in type fittings ALL OVER IT! As they went bad or just fell out I would weld 1/4 x 28 nuts to where all the fittings were and used the smaller grease fittings
