Remote Workshop - 12v Power Supply - Game Camera for "security"

I have a remote workshop that I'd like to install "game cameras" to monitor who comes and goes when I'm not around.

My workshop doesn't have 110v power. I bring a generator to fun tools, A/C, etc.

I have a very good 12v solar power system.

I have very good "cell phone" coverage.

Does anyone have experience on "game cameras"?

Does anyone have a setup like this at their camp/house/shop?

Thanks.

I have a cellular game camera that runs off batteries and has a small solar array. The solar runs the cam during the day and the batteries run it at night. There are a few different brands and they all seem to work well, so it boils down to cost and features, such as a web page to view photos, ability to command a photo, and IR range. I have 2 different brands, one outside that was expensive and has worked well, and 1 less expensive inside that has worked well. They have a re-occuring data plan that for the amount of activity I have such as dogs and dear they cost about about $20 a year. The batteries last a few months; I installed the solar panel on the outside cam about 3 months ago and batteries are still good and sending pics of a contractor I have doing some more clearing now.

A friend of mine ran Vosker cellular game cams until we were able to set up a permanent solution. They were OK at best and had limitations as far as quality, pay-per-use features etc.

I've got 4 Tacticam reveal cameras and I'm very happy with them. Add their external solar panel and batteries will last virtually forever.

Any camera that has a USB charge port, you can get solar panels with a USB connector. I use an outdoor wyze cam, but it's in range of wifi..

No Wifi available. If I get these they will be on my AT&T cellular plan.
