So exactly what did you do ?

Honestly, that black out looks decent.

I used mineral spirits on a Mr Clean Magic Eraser. I made sure not to stay in any one spot too long. And then washed it off periodically with soapy water.

Good job.. I wouldn't have thought it would work out so well.

I was rather nervous myself to be honest. But I figured worst case I’d have to repaint it, and best case it works and I learn a new technique. Came out on top this time!

Ha I like the shadow lettering- (reminds me of the black Shelbys with the matte black stripes) very low key- and subtle- Good job
